Founded in 2025, Sommer Garcia Tax Services, LLC is a two-woman team of Sommer and Rebecca! 

We are a small local business looking to help the people of Round Rock and surrounding areas to make informed decisions regarding their taxes.  Whether you're starting your first job and filing your first tax return or moving towards that retirement you've been working so hard for, we want to help guide you!  Additionally, if you're expanding your family, saving for college tuition, have rental homes, a farm, a small business.... the list goes on and on!  We want to see you through all your life events and help handle the stress and worry of filing your taxes.  We look forward to providing our friends and neighbors with excellent customer service and valuable tax advice.

Sommer is an enrolled agent.  An enrolled agent is a person that has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers in front of the Internal Revenue Service by either passing a 3-part comprehensive IRS covering individual and business tax returns, or through experience as a former IRS employee.  Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards.  Individuals who obtain this elite status must adhere to ethical standards and complete 72 hours of continuing education courses every 3 years.

Enrolled agents, like attorneys and certified public accountants, have unlimited practice rights.  This means they are unrestricted as to which taxpayers they can represent, what types of tax matters they can handle, and which IRS offices they can represent clients before.
